Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

The website at http://www.artseries.com is a free of charge internet information service with a free competition from the Edding International GmbH Company of Bookkoppel 7, 22926 Ahrensburg, Germany (hereinafter called "Edding"). Edding International GmbH is offering you the chance to win.

The conditions for participation apply to all users who take part in the competition. It is necessary for the user to register in order to take part. The registration is done by entering correctly your name and email address, as a bare minimum.

All staff of the Edding Company and their relatives shall be excluded from taking part in the competition. Subject to legal provisions, all natural persons shall be eligible to take part. Participants who are not 18 yet at the time of the competition can take part in the competition effectively if the consent of a parent or legal representative is given to the Company.

Anyone who registers more than once to enter the competition shall be excluded. The same shall apply to any form of automated participation or other automatic means of taking part. In the event of deliberate multiple participation of specific individuals or any form of automated participation Edding reserves the right to take legal proceedings against both the participant and the person causing the registration.

Participating in the competition is free of charge.

Entries shall close on 31/10/2011.

The draw shall be decisive. Recourse to the courts and cash payments in lieu of prizes shall be excluded. The winners shall be notified in writing by post or email. The respective winner shall declare to Edding within one week of receiving the winner's notification in writing by post or by email whether he or she accepts the prize and shall notify the said Company of his/her full postal address. In the event that the winner fails to notify Edding within this period, Edding shall be entitled to draw a new winner and award the prize to someone else accordingly. Claims for compensation against Edding by the winner drawn first shall be excluded.

By registering, you are deemed to have agreed with the conditions for taking part, the general terms and conditions of the Company and our data privacy statement. By registering, you are deemed to have agreed to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes and to receive email messages from Edding to the address you have given.
